Pre-Budget Breakfast Media Briefing
The chairpersons of the Finance Cluster will host a media engagement session on Monday, 10 March 2025, with journalists and relevant stakeholders about Parliament’s rigorous oversight and accountability role in ensuring that the budget serves the needs of all South Africans. This event is part of the 7th Parliament’s weekly committee cluster media briefing programme, which began in November 2024. The session will take place at the 15 on Orange Hotel from 9:00 to 12:00.
The weekly media engagement series is set to feature the following chairpersons:
- Standing Committee (SC) on Appropriations: Mr Mmusi Maimane
- Select Committee on Appropriations: Ms Tidimalo Legwase
- Standing Committee on Public Accounts: Mr Songezo Zibi
