Parliament, Wednesday 18 October 2017 – Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will be in the National Assembly tomorrow, (Thursday, 19 October) for oral replies to questions by Members of Parliament.

Section 92 (2) of the Constitution stipulates that Members of the Cabinet are accountable collectively and individually to Parliament for the exercise of the powers and the performance of their functions. The procedure for putting questions to the Executive is one of the instruments used by Parliament to holds the Executive accountable.
