Parliament, Friday 15 June 2018 – The Presiding Officers of Parliament, on behalf of Parliament, wish all Muslims in South Africa Eid Mubarak.
The celebration comes after the holy period of Ramadan, a time of fasting, prayer and reflection for Muslims, a special time to cherish family and show compassion to those less fortunate.
May today and the rest of the year be a blessed time for all Muslims.
