Friday, 21 April 2017 – The National Assembly Speaker, Ms Baleka Mbete, today filed heads of argument in support of her replying affidavit to the United Democratic Movement's Constitutional Court application for a secret ballot on the motion of no confidence in the President.
The replying affidavit was filed on 13 April.
The filing of both the heads of argument and the replying affidavit complies with the directions of the Constitutional Court issued on 11 April 2017.
