Parliament, Wednesday, 30 November 2022 - This morning the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, announced that the report of the Independent Panel, established in line with Section 89 of the Constitution, will be released to the Members of Parliament and the public through the Announcements Tablings and Committee reports (ATC) this evening.
The report has since been published on the official website of Parliament and is obtainable through the link:

The report will be considered by the National Assembly at its plenary sitting scheduled for 6 December 2022.
