Parliament, Thursday 30 July 2020 – The National Council of Provinces (NCOP) will tomorrow debate the Adjustments Appropriation Bill.
The Bill was referred to the NCOP for concurrence following being passed by the National Assembly on Wednesday.
The 2020 Adjustments Appropriations Bill is part of the special 2020 Supplementary Adjustments Budget, which Minister of Finance Mr Tito Mboweni tabled in Parliament last month. The Special Supplementary Adjustments Budget was necessary due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the worsening economic conditions confronting the country.
