Parliament, Thursday, 8 July 2021 – The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Communications, Mr Boyce Maneli, has expressed his deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Dr Vanguard Mkhosana and Mr Cameron Mackenzie.
“We are shocked and saddened to learn of the untimely passing of Dr Mkhosana and Mr MacKenzie” said Mr Maneli. Dr Mkhosana was the advisor to the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, and Mr MacKenzie was a Member of the Portfolio Committee on Communications.
In doing his oversight work, Mr Mackenzie always put the interests of the country ahead of political party affiliation.
Mr Maneli said that the passing of Dr Mhosana and Mr Mackenzie is a blow to the communication portfolio and the country. “May their souls rest in eternal peace. They will be solely missed,” said Mr Maneli.
