Parliament, Monday, 24 February 2025 – The Portfolio Committee on Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities will this week interview the 20 shortlisted candidates to fill vacancies at the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) Board.
The committee met last year and successfully completed the shortlisting process for candidates applying for the Board positions. The committee went through a process for shortlisting 20 candidates from the 1 412 applications received.
The names of the shortlisted candidates were published on Parliament’s website to give civil society an opportunity to comment on and engage with the shortlist, ensuring transparency and inclusivity throughout the selection process.
