Parliament, Tuesday, 12 November 2024 – The Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration will receive a briefing from Parliament Legal Services tomorrow on the constitutionality of the Public Service Commission (PSC) Bill.
This follows an oral public hearing on the Bill last week. The committee will also hear the PSC’s responses to the written and oral submissions on the Bill.
During the same meeting, the PSC will brief the committee on the recommendations made by stakeholders on the professionalisation framework implementation workshop held from 28 until 30 October in Pretoria.
