Parliament, Wednesday, 5 August 2026 – The Joint Standing Committee on the Financial Management of Parliament will conduct a site visit on Friday to inspect the progress made in the rebuilding and reconstruction of Parliament project.
The committee will also receive a briefing from the Development Bank of Southern Africa on progress on the rebuilding project, and consider its report on Parliament’s performance in the second to fourth quarters of the 2025/26 financial year.

Members of the media are advised to wear closed shoes for the site visit. Capacity is limited, and attendance will be managed on a first-come basis.
