Parliament, Tuesday, 2 June 2026 – The portfolio committees on Higher Education and Training, Public Works and Infrastructure, and Basic Education will tomorrow hold a joint meeting with the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure and the Department of Higher Education and Training.
The committees are scheduled to receive a briefing and an overview of basic and post-school education institutions’ use of land and properties owned by the DPWI. The DPWI will also brief the committees on progress made in the transfer of under-used state infrastructure for teaching and learning purposes.
