Parliament, Tuesday, 4 August 2026 – The Impeachment Committee for Section 89 Enquiry will meet tomorrow to receive and consider a legal opinion on whether President Cyril Ramaphosa can be compelled to appear before the committee to give evidence.
Also among the agenda items are the consideration of the recommended evidence leader. The committee will also consider the draft Terms of Reference that will guide its work.
