Parliament, Tuesday, 10 September 2024 – A joint meeting of the Standing Committee on Appropriations, the Portfolio Committee on Health and the Standing Committee on Public Accounts will tomorrow receive a briefing on medico-legal claims. The meeting will be briefed by the Auditor-General of South Africa and the Minister of Health on medico-legal claims against health institutions in both the public and private sectors.
