Parliament, Wednesday, 22 February 2023 – The Committee for Section 194 Enquiry into Public Protector (PP) Adv Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s fitness to hold office is expected to continue tomorrow with Mr Rodney Mataboge, Chief Investigator in the Office of the PP South Africa, appearing before the committee. The committee subpoenaed Mr Mataboge to appear before it when he indicated his unwillingness today to continue with the testimony. The meeting is hybrid.
