Parliament, Thursday, 10 June 2021 - The Portfolio Committee on Social Development will on Monday conclude its Mpumalanga leg of the public hearings into the Children’s Amendment Bill (CAB) at the Gert Sibande District Municipality.

The Committee conducted a successful leg in Mpumalanga where it solicited input into the Bill.

The Bill is intended to improve foster care services to children. The committee also held successful public hearings in Limpopo.
