Parliament, Wednesday, 19 August 2020 – The Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) will tomorrow interact with Northern Cape Provincial Government’s MEC of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs; Office of the Auditor-General; South African Local Government Association; and the Department of Cooperative Governance on the state of Phokwane Local Municipality.
