Parliament, Monday, 11 May 2026 – The Portfolio Committee on Basic Education will tomorrow receive a briefing from the Department of Basic Education on the development and release of the National Catalogue for the Foundation Phase (Grade 1–3). The meeting will be held in Parliament.
Later in the day, the committee will receive a briefing from the Education Labour Relations Council on the verification of personnel in the education sector. This part of the meeting will be held on the virtual platforms and YouTube.
