Parliament, Thursday, 25 June 2020 – A joint meeting of the Standing and Select Committees on Appropriation will today receive a briefing from the Minister of Finance on the 2020 Special Adjustments Budget.
The Supplementary Budget has been necessitated by President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that government would spend R500 billion to support the economy following the outbreak of coronavirus.
