Parliament, Monday, 22 March 2021 – The Ad Hoc Committee to Initiate and Introduce Legislation Amending Section 25 of the Constitution, will tomorrow hold virtual public hearings on amendment of Section 25 of the Constitution to make it possible to expropriate land without compensation. The committee will hear oral presentations from individuals and organisations that had previously indicated in their written submissions their requests to make oral presentations.
