Parliament, Wednesday, 25 February 2026 – The Ad Hoc Committee established to investigate allegations made by the South African Police Service’s (SAPS) KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, is scheduled to meet tomorrow to continue hearing the testimony of forensic examiner, Mr Paul O’Sullivan as well as the testimony of Gen Khomotso Phahlane. The testimony of Mr O’Sullivan was incomplete due to him falling ill and the testimony of Gen Phalane was incomplete due to the committee’s time constraints.
