Parliament, Thursday 26 February 2026 – The National Council of Provinces (NCOP) is scheduled to hold a virtual plenary session tomorrow, Friday, 27 February at 08.00 to consider three Bills.
The Bills, commonly known as Money Bills as they allocate public money or impose taxes, levies or duties, are the Rates and Monetary Amounts Bill, Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill and the Taxation Laws Amendment Bill. The Bills were passed by the National Assembly last year and were sent to the NCOP for concurrence.
