Parliament, Thursday, 9 December 2021 – The National Assembly will tomorrow (Friday, 10 December) consider the Report of the Standing Committee on Appropriation on the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement and the Adjustments Appropriation Bill.

The 2021 Adjustments Appropriation Bill was introduced in the National Assembly by the Minister of Finance, Mr Enoch Godongwana, on 11 November 2021 when he tabled the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement.

The Bill seeks to effect adjustments to the appropriation of money from the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of state in respect of the 2021/2022 financial year and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

The House will conclude its business for 2021 with year-end farewell speeches at the end of the plenary sitting.
