Parliament, Wednesday, 12 September 2018 – The Joint Constitutional Review will tomorrow receive a presentation from the service provider on the report on written submissions on the desirability of amending section 25 of the Constitution to make it possible to expropriate land in the public interest without compensation. It will also receive draft reports on public hearings on the matter held in the provinces and oral presentations in Parliament.
