Parliament, Wednesday, 05 September 2018 – The Joint Constitutional Review will tomorrow continue to hear oral presentations from stakeholders on submissions concerning a possible review of Section 25 of the Constitution, which would make provision for the expropriation of land without compensation. These presentations will take place at Parliament and emanate from the written submissions on the matter. The presentations will continue until Friday.
