Parliament, Wednesday, 11 October 2017 – In bringing the theme of “Advancing our collective efforts to creating work opportunities for our people” to reality ­– Members of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) and Members of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (MPLs) this week will assist individuals who have never had a business before and who have done nothing as yet, to register their businesses.

The idea is that Members of the NCOP and the MPLs will each identify two individuals from their constituencies, assist them to register their business at the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller and thereafter monitor their progress into becoming fully fledged entrepreneurs.
