Parliament, Monday, 22 January 2018 – The Portfolio Committee on Communications will tomorrow (23 January 2018) be briefed by the Minister of Communications, Ms Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane, on the implementation of the broadcasting digital migration (BDM) policy and the appointment of senior executives at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
The Committee will also be briefed by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa on its compliance monitoring framework and broadcasters’ compliance with licence conditions.
