Parliament, Wednesday, 20 February 2019 – The Portfolio Committee on Arts and Culture will tomorrow deliberate on the 25 shortlisted candidates for the Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB).

During the interviews to shortlist nominees for the board, which were held in November 2018, candidates were asked to a range of questions about language diversity, ethical leadership and maintaining the integrity in the board, among other things.

The committee invites members of the media and the public to attend, in the interests of strengthening public participation and transparency.
