Parliament, Tuesday, 22 August 2017 – The scrutiny of the South African Police Service’s (SAPS’s) strategy for dealing with gang-related crimes in the Eastern Cape, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal by the Portfolio Committee on Police will continue tomorrow (Wednesday, 23 August).

The Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI/Hawks) will also brief the Committee on the progress made regarding the establishment of the unit that is intended to fight the proliferation of illegal firearms.
