Parliament, Tuesday, 19 September 2017 – The Ad Hoc Committee on the Funding of Political Parties is inviting individual members of the public and interested organisations to make written comments on the Draft Political Party Funding Bill of 2017.
The Committee has introduced the Draft Bill in Notice 726 and published it in today’s Government Gazette number 41125, volume 627
All written comments on the Draft Bill should be submitted to Ms Cindy Balie by no later than
end of business hours on 16 October 2017 at Work Station 3071, 3rd Floor, 90 Plein Street, Cape Town, 8000, or cbalie@parliament.gov.za. She may also be contacted on 021 403 3667 or 083 709 8444.
Requests for the Memorandum on the Objects of the Bill in any of the official languages should also be directed to Ms Balie.
