I became a politician to be a voice for those who could not speak for themselves.
To be elected to serve in Parliament means that I now get to speak out on a larger and more influential platform for the many people that are marginalised through poverty, lack of education and lack of opportunity. It is an incredible honour and a great responsibility and I hope that I will do them proud.
