JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards and providing support on creation, maintenance and disposal of records as part of managing institutional memory and knowledge.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Knowledge and Information Management
  • Documentation and Records Management
  • Compliance Monitoring and User Awareness
  • Operations Management
  • Human Resources Management

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 bachelor’s degree in Archives and Records Management or relevant    qualification at NQF level 7
  • 5 years’ relevant records management experience of which 3 years must be at management/supervisory level within a similar environment, plus proven experience in the management and implementation of electronic documents and records management systems.
  • (EDRMS) THIS POSITION IS SUBJECT TO A 6 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD.

ADVANTAGENOUS

  • Honours Degree in Archives and Records Management or relevant qualification at NQF level 8
