JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd line desktop support to end users.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • 2nd Line Maintenance & support on ICT hardware.
  • 2. 2nd Line Maintenance and application software support.
  • Chamber Support.
  • Line Customer Support.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 with a National Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in Information Technology (NQF level 6).
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years IT Support experience.

IN ADDITION, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMOSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND JOB-RELATED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledge of Institutional Computing Infrastructure.
