Have Your Say: Second Special Appropriation (2025/26 FY) Bill [B20 – 2026] Submissions and Hearing
The Select Committee on Appropriations invites stakeholders and interested parties to make written and/or oral submissions on the Second Special Appropriation (2025/26 FY) Bill [B20– 2026]. The Bill was tabled by the Minister of Finance on 30 July 2026. The Money Bills and Related Matters Act, No 9 of 2009 [as amended by Act 13 of 2018], requires Parliament to conduct public hearings and to report on all Bills.
A public hearing on the Second Special Appropriation (2025/26 FY) Bill [B20– 2026] will be conducted by the Select Committee on Appropriations on Thursday, 08 October 2026.
Submissions and/or an indication of your intention to make a verbal presentation must be received by no later than 16:00 on Tuesday, 06 October 2026.
