The Select Committee on Security and Justice invites stakeholders and interested persons to submit written submissions on the Military Discipline Supplementary Measures Amendment Bill [B31B-2025].
The Military Discipline Supplementary Measures Amendment Bill [B31B-2025] seeks:
To amend the Military Discipline Supplementary Measures Act, 1999, so as to insert a definition; to provide for the establishment of the Military Judicial Advisory Committee; to provide for the assignment and removal of military judges and senior military judges; to provide for the tabling of certain regulations in Parliament; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
Written submissions must be received by no later than 17H00 on 7 August 2026.
