Have Your Say: Defence Amendment Bill [B32B-2025]
The Select Committee on Security and Justice invites stakeholders and interested persons to submit written submissions on the Defence Amendment Bill[B32B-2025].
The Defence Amendment Bill [B32B-2025] seeks:
To amend the Defence Act, 2002, so as to provide for the exclusion of military judges and senior military judges from boards of inquiry; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
Written submissions must be received by no later than 17H00 on 7 August 2026.
NB: All written submissions, in any language, must be emailed to DABill32B2025@parliament.gov.za.
