Have Your Say: Division of Revenue Bill [B5 – 2026]
The Select Committee on Appropriations invites stakeholders and interested parties to make written and/ or oral submissions on the Division of Revenue Bill [B5 – 2026]. The Bill was tabled together with the 2026/27 national budget by the Minister of Finance on 25 February 2026. The Money Bills and Related Matters Act, No 9 of 2009 [as amended by Act 13 of 2018], requires Parliament to conduct public hearings and to report on all Bills.
A public hearing on the Division of Revenue Bill [B5 – 2026] will be conducted by the Select Committee on Appropriations on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. Submissions and/or an indication of your intention to make a verbal presentation must be received by no later than 16:00 on Monday, 23 March 2026.
