Have Your Say: Economic Regulation of Transport Amendment Bill [B10 – 2025]
The Select Committee on Public Infrastructure and Minister in the Presidency invites interested people and stakeholders to submit written comments on the Economic Regulation of Transport Amendment Bill [B10 - 2025].
The Bill seeks to amend the Economic Regulation of Transport Act, 2024, so as to correct the erroneous references in Schedule 1 to the Act; and provide for matters connected therewith.
Enquiries, as well as written submissions, can be addressed to the Select Committee on Public Infrastructure and Minister in the Presidency, for attention Mr Hlupheka Mtileni, on email hmtileni@parliament.gov.za In addition to the written comments, please indicate your interest in making a verbal representation to the Committee.
The closing date for written submissions is end of business day on Monday 1 December, 2025.
