Have Your Say: The Standing Committee on Finance invites stakeholders and interested parties to submit written submissions on the Revenue Laws Amendment Bill [B5 – 2025]
Key proposals contained in the Revenue Laws Amendment Bill [B5 – 2025] include the following:
- amend the Income Tax Act, 1962, so as to amend certain definitions;
- amend certain provisions of the Revenue Laws Amendment Act, 2024; and
- provide for matters connected therewith.
Submissions must be received by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 30 June 2025. Those who want to make submissions at public hearings on Tuesday, 01 July 2025 should specifically request this. These hearings will be conducted through Zoom.
