Have Your Say: 2025 Division of Revenue Bill. 2025 Appropriation Bill, and 2025 Eskom Debt Relief Amendment Bill (Select Committee on Appropriations)
The Select Committee on Appropriations invites stakeholders and interested parties to make written and/or oral submissions on the 2025 Division of Revenue Bill, the 2025 Appropriation Bill and the 2025 Eskom Debt Relief Amendment Bill. These Bills were tabled together with the 2025/26 national budget by the Minister of Finance on 12 March 2025. The Money Bills and Related matters Act, No 9 of 2009 [as amended by Act 13 of 2018], requires Parliament to conduct public hearings and to report on all Bills.
Public hearings will be conducted by the Select Committee on Appropriations on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, on the 2025 Division of Revenue Bill, the 2025 Appropriation Bill and the 2025 Eskom Debt Relief Amendment Bill. Submissions and/or an indication of your intention to make a verbal presentation must be received by no later than 16:00 on Monday, 14 April 2025.
