The Standing Committee on Finance invites stakeholders and interested parties to submit written submissions on the 2024 draft Global Minimum Tax Administration Bill.
2024 draft Global Minimum Tax Administration Bill aims to:
- The administration of the Draft Global Minimum Tax Bill.
Copies of the draft Bills are available at: www.treasury.gov.za
Submissions must be received by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 07 October 2024.
Those who want to make submissions at the public hearings on Tuesday, 08 and Wednesday, 09 October 2024 should specifically request this.
