Have Your Say: Invitation for Public Submissions on 2024 draft Revenue Laws Amendment Bill (2024 draft RLAB)
The Standing Committee on Finance invites stakeholders and interested parties to submit written submissions on the 2024 draft Revenue Laws Amendment Bill (2024 draft RLAB).
The 2024 draft Revenue Laws Amendment Bill (2024 draft RLAB) aims to:
- Clarify the existing language and to simplify the directives system for both administrators and SARS to allow for an efficient implementation of the ‘two-pot’ retirement reform.
Copies of the draft Bills are available at: www.treasury.gov.za
Submissions must be received by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 07 October 2024.
Those who want to make submissions at the public hearings on Tuesday, 08 and Wednesday, 09 October 2024 should specifically request this.
