Have Your Say: Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill [B19 - 2020]
The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services invites stakeholders and interested persons to submit written submissions on proposed amendments to the Cannabis for Private Purposes Bill [B19 – 2020].
The proposed amendment(s) seeks to broaden the scope of the Bill to include provisions relating to the commercialisation of hemp.
Submissions relating to this extension of the scope of the Bill must be received by no later than 28 April 2023. Please indicate your interest in making a verbal presentation.
