Have Your Say: Draft Amendments to Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No 38 of 2001)
The Standing Committee on Finance invites stakeholders and interested parties to submit written submissions on the draft amendments to Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No 38 of 2001) submitted in terms of sections 73, 75 and 76 of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act.
Submissions must be received by no later than 12:00 on Friday, 12 August 2022.
Those who want to make submissions at public hearings on Tuesday, 16 August 2022 should specifically request this. These hearings will be conducted through Zoom.
