CORE BUSINESS SUPPORT

The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to Parliament Committees

Key Performance Areas Include:
  • Provision of administrative support to Parliament Committees 
  • Provision of logistic support to Committees 
  • Record-keeping and archiving 
  • Provision of publishing support to Committees 
  • Asset control and maintenance 
  • Acquisition and control of stationery.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants must have Grade 12 or NQF Level 4, a relevant 3 years’ National Diploma and 2 years’ relevant experience.
Skills Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of Parliamentary environment 
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • Ability to organise and work in a team 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours under sustained pressure 
  • Preparedness to travel all over the country 
  • Computer literacy.
