The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office of the Committee Chairperson.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 
  • A Secretarial Diploma 
  • 3 years’ experience in a secretarial position.
Skills Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of the Constitution 
  • Understanding of the political environment 
  • Basic knowledge of Parliament and law- making process 
  • Understanding of the Parliamentary policies and procedures 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills 
  • Ability to work irregular hours under sustained pressure 
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills 
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • Ability to use discretion.
