To amend the Electoral Commission Act, 1996,
- so as to establish the Office of the Polling Ombud;
- to provide for the functions and powers of the Office of the Polling Ombud;
to amend the Electoral Act, 1998,
- so as to regulate political opinion polling and exit polling;
and to provide for matters connected therewith.
