Parliament, Monday, 18 November 2019 – The Standing Committee on Appropriations (SCOA) will tomorrow consider the adoption of its draft report on the Division of Revenue Amendments Bill [B15 – 2019].
The Bill proposes to amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2019 (Act No. 16 of 2019), in accordance with section 12(4) of the Money Bills and Related Matters Act, 2009 (Act No. 9 of 2009), since the national adjustments budget for the 2019/20 financial year necessitates changes to the Division of Revenue Act, 2019.
The committee will also be briefed by the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation on the 2019/20 second quarter performance report for national departments.
