The 52nd Plenary session will also consider the avenues where Parliaments may contribute to promoting regional and international peace aimed at pursuing Africa Agenda 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals. The focus will be on SDG 16 on the promotion of peaceful societies. The session will consider and approve various Standing Committee reports of the Regional Women Parliamentary Caucus and other organs of the Forum.
