Parliament, Wednesday, 28 November 2018 The Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa) will this afternoon hold a hearing with the Department of Water Affairs and Sanitation on irregular, fruitless, wasteful expenditure, as well as accruals and commitments. The hearing will also be on project overruns, unauthorised expenditure, projects not budgeted for or projects not funded and the overdraft at the Reserve Bank.
