Parliament, Monday, 09 September 2019 – The Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa) will tomorrow begin hearings with municipalities on the 2016/17 outcomes. The municipalities to be met are: Mogalakweng, Mopani District, Thabazimbi, Vhembe District, Joe Morolong and Phokwane municipalities.
